“Smart Property Management System” is a new innovative idea developed and launched in Pakistan by MRB SMART-PROPERTY-MANAGERS (PTY LTD). MRB is a professional and experienced property management company that assists property owners in renting out their properties and managing them with state-of-the-art modern technologies and skills.   This new rental property management system will develop the confidence of property owners to rent out their properties without any fears. As a professional and legal company, we will take the responsibility of securing the investment of property owners by taking care of their properties, collecting and paying rent on time to owners, and safe return when they need the property back.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide property rental management services to landlords and renters from the “beginning of the tenancy till the end.” As a professional property management company, MRB will support the landlords, care for their properties, and secure investments. We will apply our property management system, which assists both property owners and renters in respecting each other’s rights and obligations. As a professional property management company, we take responsibility for property by signing a legal agreement with the landlords to manage and maintain their properties during all tenancy.

Quarterly Routine Inspections

Exist Condition Report

When a tenant moves out, we manage the entire process for a smooth transition. We conduct move-out inspections, compare the property’s condition to the entry report, and document any damage. If repairs are needed, we notify the tenant and ensure the work is completed within 14 days. Our team verifies the repairs, and once everything is in order, we process the security deposit refund. We handle all aspects of property management, giving landlords peace of mind.

Annual Financial report

Our Annual Financial Report gives you a clear overview of your property’s income and expenses for the year. We gather all the details, including rent, maintenance costs, and repairs, and organize them into a simple report. This makes it easy for you to see how your property is performing financially and helps with tax preparation. Our goal is to give you a clear picture of your property’s earnings and costs.

During the tenancy, if tenants need any maintenance or repair work, we organize 2-3 quotes from certified electricians, plumbers, or handymen and send them to landlords for approval. After the landlord approves, we will organize the repair work and send the invoice electronically to the landlord.
