5- Tenant Applications:

- Only selected applications are forwarded to the landlord for approval.
6- Lease Agreement:
- We prepare a detailed electronic agreement to be signed by both the landlord and the tenant.
7- Condition Report:
- We create a comprehensive condition report of the house with photos and videos.
- The tenant signs this report electronically as the property’s condition at the start of the lease.

8- Payments and Key Handover:
- We collect the bond and the first month’s rent from the approved tenant.

Maintenance and Repairs
During the tenancy, if tenants need any maintenance or repair work, we organize 2-3 quotes from certified electricians, plumbers, or handymen and send them to landlords for approval. After the landlord approves, we will organize the repair work and send the invoice electronically to the landlord.
